A folder structure that had grown into chaos.
InVINity wanted to make the move to Cloud and seized the opportunity to step away from the familiar folder structure. Over the years, an extra folder had been added each time — turning their structure into chaos.
But there was something else: continuing on standard SharePoint would, in their view, have caused too much resistance on the shop floor. Field representatives also needed access to the right documentation everywhere.
