What if someone scans a sticker they shouldn't?

Permissions are set on metadata level in Ishtar365. An external without access sees nothing, a colleague only sees what their role allows. Every scan is logged — useful for audit trails.

How durable are the stickers?

We recommend UV-resistant vinyl stickers for outdoor assets (vehicles, ladders, helmets) and standard paper for indoor assets. We provide print templates and recommended sizes.

Does it work offline?

The scan itself always opens a web page, so some connectivity is needed. Field employees can store reports locally — they sync automatically as soon as there’s signal.

Can we keep our own QR format?

Yes. Already have an asset-tag system? Ishtar365 can read existing codes and link them to its own records. No need to start over.

How quickly are we operational?
