Describe in plain language what you want to automate. The agent proposes which data you keep and which steps the process follows. You confirm and it is ready.
Not because the technology is difficult, but because someone who does not yet know how you work has to sit in between every time.
No technical specification, no form with required fields. One sentence about what you want to automate is enough to start.
Which data you keep, which steps the process follows, who sees what and when. All in view before anything is built.
If something is not right, you say so in plain language and the agent adapts. Once it fits, the process goes live in Ishtar365.
The same sequence applies to every process you follow up manually today.
Colleagues then cannot submit a report themselves, unless a separate reporting channel or portal form is provided.
My recommendation: option 1, with an open and simple reporting form for colleagues and a protected follow-up list for Prevention. That way employees can report without gaining access to sensitive incident information.
I have not created anything yet. If you agree, I can build the Incident report form with these fields and set up access for the Prevention group.
