What Was InVINity's Digitalization Goal?
InVINity wanted to take the step to the Cloud and seized the opportunity to move away from the familiar folder structure. Over the years, extra folders had been added, which had reduced their folder structure to a state of chaos.
Together, we identified the metadata for InVINity. This structure makes it possible to search and filter documents within Ishtar.DMS based on specific, predefined metadata, without being dependent on conventional folder structures.
This implementation of Ishtar.DMS significantly improves the speed at which documents can be located. The system ensures more efficient management and accessibility of information.
InVINity’s choice was partly influenced by the ease of maintenance, seamless implementation and intuitive user interface of our system, making it a natural choice.
Ishtar.DMS also ensures that documents are available in one place and that everyone can consult the necessary information. Eliminating multiple storage locations and versions.
Acceptance of a new way of working would have caused a lot of resistance among our employees, had we stayed with standard SharePoint.

The integration of Ishtar.DMS with Business Central provides a seamless link between customer and supplier data and document management. This means manual processes are a thing of the past and all relevant information is within arm’s reach.
This integration allows InVINity to focus on what really matters: delivering exceptional wines and spirits to their customers, while reducing their ecological footprint and contributing to a better world.
Our people now always have access to their documentation from anywhere, which makes it very easy for our representatives on the road.
